Terms and Conditions JOS77 — Platform User Guide

JOS77 supports a wide range of payment methods including bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, AmBank), digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), and other online payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per application.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days.
• JOS77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until the KYC process and security checks are completed.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to any third-party account under any circumstances.
• JOS77 is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect banking information provided by the member.

JOS77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to the specific terms stated on its respective promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus for new members is subject to rollover requirements as stated on the Promotions.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once per account unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• JOS77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or system manipulation.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses will be blacklisted.

• Request for self-exclusion from the account for responsible gaming reasons.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the JOS77 support team via live chat. Valid balances (after deducting any bonus that has not met rollover requirements) will be refunded within 3–5 business days.

JOS77 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
